What is your return and exchange policy?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out with a replacement or full refund.

How do I choose the right size? What if my bracelet doesn't fit?
Most of our bracelets are adjustable or elastic and fit wrists from approximately 6" to 8". For fixed-size styles, measure your wrist and add ½" for comfort.

How do I care for my bracelet?
Remove before swimming, bathing, applying lotions and perfumes, or exercising as water, chemicals, and sweat can weaken the elastic and dull the stones.
To clean, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. To recharge crystals energetically, leave them in moonlight overnight or place near selenite.
Store in a soft pouch away from direct sunlight when not wearing.

Reason I bought it...
I was drawn to this bracelet for its protection and grounding properties utilizing all three stones. The stones are also beautiful and make the bracelet additionally wonderful to wear.
I am born in the Year of the Horse, and this year is the Fire Horse year so I found it perfect to have this bracelet. I also have a good friend who has had a traumatic couple of years and is healing now. This bracelet was also perfect for him.. These stones look beautiful on men or women.
My only comment is that I wish the bracelet could be made adjustable, much like the red string bracelets. I have a small frame so the bracelet is quite big on me. I have to wear it above my watch on my left arm, when I would prefer to wear it on my right arm which is more significant for outgoing protection vs on the left side which is more significant for incoming positives. In any event I still love my bracelet for its beauty and significance. My friend also loves his bracelet too.
