What is your return and exchange policy?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out with a replacement or full refund.
For exchanges (wrong size, change of mind), reach out within 30 days. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

How do I choose the right size? What if my bracelet doesn't fit?
Most of our bracelets are adjustable or elastic and fit wrists from approximately 6" to 8". For fixed-size styles, measure your wrist and add ½" for comfort.

What is Reiki and Mantra Infusion and how does it work?
Reiki is a form of energy healing that channels intentional, positive energy into an object. Our mantra infusion adds sacred mantras — recited by our practitioners with your bracelet's specific purpose in mind (abundance, protection, love, healing).
Your bracelet arrives already activated and aligned with your intention.
Which hand or wrist should I wear my bracelet on?
Left wrist: draws energy in. Best for attraction: wealth, luck, love, healing.
Right wrist: projects energy outward. Best for protection or sending intention into the world.
When in doubt, trust your intuition. There's no wrong answer!
How do I care for my bracelet?
Remove before swimming, bathing, applying lotions and perfumes, or exercising as water, chemicals, and sweat can weaken the elastic and dull the stones.
To clean, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. To recharge crystals energetically, leave them in moonlight overnight or place near selenite.
Store in a soft pouch away from direct sunlight when not wearing.
Are your crystals and gemstones genuine?
Yes. all of our crystals and gemstones are genuine, natural stones. No synthetics, no dyed substitutes.
