This Return Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By making a purchase from Buddha & Karma, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy. Any disputes arising from returns or refunds shall be resolved pursuant to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service.

That’s why we promise to do our best to deliver amazing products and customer experience! That said, here are some things you might want to know:

Can I return or exchange an item?

• Yes! You may return or exchange an item within the first 30 days of your receipt.
• Whether it’s an incorrect size, broken product, or you just changed your mind, we’ll be glad to help you in getting a refund or replacement!

What if I just don't like my product?

That's sad, but we want to make this work. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, which means if you simply don't like your item just request a return.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Email hello@buddhaandkarma.com within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Do not ship items back before receiving your RMA number — unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Pack the item securely in its original or equivalent protective packaging and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50. Buddha & Karma is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
5. Email us your tracking number once shipped.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund within 3 business days. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.)
• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer — this is outside our control
• PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days

Buddha & Karma is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer before contacting us, as processing delays are beyond our control.

Do I pay for shipping on returns?

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Buddha & Karma will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Please retain your shipping receipt.

• Change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You may use the carrier of your choice.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Buddha & Karma cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit without tracking confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@buddhaandkarma.comwith your order number and the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST."

• If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please wait for the item to arrive and follow the return process above.

We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation requests received after 12 hours will be honored, even if the order has not yet shipped.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@buddhaandkarma.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer. Most issues — including non-delivery, damage, and dissatisfaction — can be resolved faster through our return and refund process than through a chargeback process, which can take 30-90 days.

Filing a chargeback for a purchase that is otherwise eligible for a refund under this policy, without first contacting us, may be considered misuse of the chargeback process and could result in your account being flagged and future orders declined. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly shall be subject to the binding arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service.

Lifetime Warranty Program

Buddha & Karma offers an optional Lifetime Warranty that may be purchased at the time of your order. The Lifetime Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Clasp, string, or structural failures under normal wear conditions

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or tarnishing over time
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or alterations
• Loss or theft
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
• Damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme conditions beyond normal jewelry use

To make a warranty claim, email hello@buddhaandkarma.com with your order number and photos documenting the defect. Approved warranty claims will receive a replacement item of equal or comparable value. Replacement shipping is free within the United States; international replacement shipping costs may apply.

The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Buddha & Karma reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a defect is covered under the Lifetime Warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

How to Measure Your Ring Size

The perfect ring size fits your finger comfortably.

It is tight enough not to slip off, yet loose enough to slide over your knuckles with ease.

To determine the right ring size for you:

A. Measure Your Own Ring

1. Choose a ring that perfectly fits the finger you wish to measure exactly.
2. Measure the inner diameter of the ring.
3. Check your measurement against our ring size chart, under Diameter (mm).
4. Choose the larger size if the measurement is in between two sizes.

B. Measure Your Finger

Important Note: Did you know that your finger size can change throughout the day? When measuring your finger, we recommend doing it before you sleep. This is when your fingers grow their largest.

Avoid measuring when your hands are cold. Your fingers shrink to half a size smaller when they are cold.
